Improved communication with general agency case managers
When you include your general agency case manager's email during the drop ticket process, they'll now be copied on all emails related to the application, underwriting and offer stages. This email address can be easily updated within the Application Manager once the application is signed. With more accessible and transparent communication, case managers can provide quicker resolutions and support.
Expanded capability to customize offers
We've expanded your ability to easily customize offers before a policy becomes active. Now, you can modify the product, face amount, or riders on your own and resend the customized offer to your customer in mere minutes.
