As we roll into 2026 and continue our transition to the Banner Life family of companies brand, we're reaching out with some updates and reminders.
New URL
Our website will be changing over to www.bannerlife.com on January 13th. As part of this change, we will be performing scheduled maintenance from 12am-7am that will temporarily impact access to our systems.
By January 30th:
- Update your firewall settings to allow connections from the new URL.
- Update all Quote to Apply links.
- Update any APIs or integrations.
New forms
Starting January 13th, you'll see new forms available through Partner Dashboard.
- All Legal & General America forms need to be discarded. You should begin using the newly branded forms immediately. (Note: during the transition period, some forms may be co-branded. This is temporary.)
- Starting May 1st, LGA and other older forms will no longer be accepted.
Logos and brand names
All logos and brand names must be updated on website and marketing materials by January 31st. This includes everything from agent sites to IMO and vendor sites.
- All marketing materials with the LGA and old William Penn brand (e.g., all materials with the Legal & General or blue striped William Penn logos) should be discarded as they will be out of compliance.
