4 new enhancements we rolled out in Q2 2025
Reopens
Now, there’s no need to follow up when documents arrive for closed applications. Whenever new evidence is received on a closed file, it’s automatically routed to an underwriter, who will promptly review it and determine whether the file should be reopened.
Automated collateral assignments
The collateral process for loans is now integrated into the Horizon journey, saving your customers an average of 3 days' time. For business policies, assignee info is gathered upfront or can be added later, with reminders sent before policy approval.

Offer release process
Customers no longer need to wait to accept their offers when awaiting a new state appointment activation (excluding PA). The offer releases to the customer and commissions pay once the appointment activates.
